When picturing Washington’s landscape many think first of the state’s five stratovolcanoes: Mt. Rainier, Baker, St. Helens, Adams, and Glacier Peak. Within the Cascade range, they span the length of the state. Mt. Rainier, the most famous and tallest at 14,410ft, is photographed hundreds of times a day. You’ll notice it dominates my photo catalog as well.
